The Judge Group is in search of an outstanding Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist in the Springfield, Massachusetts area. Join a highly respected manufacturing leader experiencing outstanding growth.

This job will have the following responsibilities :

  • Drive a positive and engaging safety culture across all departments of the company
  • Complete environmental, health and safety audits to ensure compliance
  • Prepare environmental, health and safety documentation
  • Follow Continuous Improvement and Ergonomics initiatives
  • Plan and conduct Safety & Environmental Training

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Studies or related field
  • 3 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety role in Manufacturing Industry
  • Manufacturing industry in tools, adhesives, fasteners a plus
