Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dayton, OH for a Mid to Senior Level Estimator at PCI. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for federal projects, state, and local, analyzing project requirements, researching costs of materials and labor, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all necessary information is included. The Estimator will assist in developing bid proposals, maintain accurate records, and support project managers to ensure financial feasibility and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, project management, and bid preparation
• Knowledge of federal projects and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry
