The City of Surrey is accepting applications to fill an immediate opening for a Full-Time Police Officer, this position includes rotating shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and Holidays. Applicants must be licensable by North Dakota Post Board, be at least 21 years of age, and possess a high school diploma. Holidays, Sick Leave, Vacation, and city pays 100% for single / 70% for family health plan, and public safety retirement included, applicant must successfully complete a job application, pre-employment background check, pre-psychological exam.

Must have good communication skills, writing skills, and be proficient in technology, especially report writing. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Current P.O.S.T. certified, lateral transfer, or academy graduate applicants will be given preference.
