A company is looking for a Vice President II, Business Operations Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the automation strategy across managed care operations
Lead the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations and improve service quality
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation on operational efficiency and member satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Master's Degree in a related field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, health insurance, or healthcare operations with a focus on automation
In-depth knowledge of managed care operations and regulatory requirements
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects
