Software Developer Team Lead

About the Role

We’re seeking a Software Developer Team Lead to head development efforts for one of our product lines at Quilt. This role blends hands-on coding with team leadership and strategic guidance. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the product, managing a small team of 3 developers, and ensuring best practices are followed across the stack. This role will involve writing in full-stack PHP.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 developers
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and code reviews
• Foster a culture of clean code, maintainability, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with the product team to prioritize and scope features
