About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to join our Administrative team on a full-time, hourly remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within our systems. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth data workflows, providing support to various departments, and troubleshooting database-related issues. What You'll Do

• Manage, update, and maintain organizational databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Monitor data flows to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot anomalies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Safeguard data by implementing and adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.
• Create, run, and distribute regular reports as needed to support business processes.
• Collaborate with administrative and operational teams to develop improved data entry and management procedures.
• Provide end-user support and training on data tools and systems used across the company.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements related to data storage and usage.
