Job Title : General Production Worker

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a packaging manufacturing company that specializes in producing various types of paper and wax paper for the food industry. Work alongside a supportive group of colleagues, learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a manufacturing line with 1 operator and 2-3 other production employees.
• Participate in rotating positions to gain cross-training and expertise in various tasks.
• Build, load, and unload pallets while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all assembly line processes are followed accurately.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, with each member responsible for specific manufacturing tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a packaging manufacturing facility focused on producing paper products for the food industry. Join a team-oriented environment where shifts are available in three options : 1st shift from 7 am to 3 : 10 pm, 2nd shift from 3 pm to 11 : 10 pm, and 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 : 10 am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WESTFIELD, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 / hr.
