We seek highly skilled and motivated Traveling Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment or machinery at client locations. This position requires extensive travel to both US locations and Canada. As a Traveling Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation and Maintenance : Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical problems on-site, utilizing diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and customer communication.
• Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating the status of repairs, maintenance tasks, and solutions to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, parts used, time spent, and any other relevant details. Ensure documentation is submitted promptly.
• Training and Education : Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of equipment or machinery. Provide technical advice and recommendations as needed.
• Compliance : Follow all safety procedures and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to company policies.
• Travel Requirements : Regular travel, often on short notice, is required. Must be willing to travel extensively and stay overnight as needed.
• Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow.
