Compliance Analyst Bridger Engineer/Administrator - Work from home

Requirements / Abilities & Skill Set :

• Demonstrate up-to-date and in-depth (ideally, Bridger) product knowledge - internal and / or of competitors
• Strong familiarity with system configurations and supporting analysis; ability to extract / query for data; must be extremely comfortable with numbers / statistical analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively to translate numerical outcomes into coherent stories. Ability to collect data from multiple sources, apply statistical and predictive analysis, synthesize findings, and create visualizations that enable clients to understand data-driven business insights to support business decisions
• Ability to storyboard, create workflows, matrices, graphical representations
• Knowledge of varying watch lists & applicability to screening needs based upon client type, regulatory oversight, and risk profile.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Keen ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis via video conferences, telephone calls and in-person to high-level clients and senior management.
• Ability to help prepare and present professional client presentations to client audiences at all levels; present to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence while conveying industry and product expertise.
• Participate in discovery discussions and identify solutions leveraging LexisNexis & Accuity products and services. Assist clients during their planning phase to aid in the development of requirements, scope and execution plan.
• Support with the implementation of end-to-end AML / screening solutions offered to clients.
• Ability to interpret and relay feedback from clients and prospects for evaluation and enhancement dialogue with key LNRS stakeholders.
• Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget; identify project risks early and proactively provide practical and timely recommendations for risk avoidance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify evolving needs and evaluate alternative business solutions; continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Work in a strong, collaborate team environment by soliciting input and feedback; assist in the resolution of conflicts / issues within projects.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and to explore options; ability to demonstrate and effectively use active listening skills to understand client needs.
• Possess an intellectual curiosity and inquisitive nature.

A few things…

1. This is a contractor role- with no promise or strong likelihood of being converted to FTE

2. Hours vary based upon projects in pipeline & billability (as little as 20, as much as 40 hrs per week)

3. Flexible hours (absent need for client / team meetings, or tight deliverables) Any time zone in the US.

4. Role is a bit of a unicorn- ideally, candidate would be a former Bridger user with Compliance / Analytics background

• This will start as a 6 month contract and get extended every 6 months. No end in sight as the others in this group have been on contract for 3-4 years.
