Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician / Entry-Level Apprentice to work closely with our skilled field technicians while learning the trade. Our HVAC Technicians / Entry-Level Apprentices earn a competitive beginning wage of $17-$22 / hour , depending on individual skills and experience. In this role, you will enjoy working a typical full-time Monday-Friday workweek with hours from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC TECHNICIAN / ENTRY-LEVEL APPRENTICE

As one of our HVAC Technicians / Entry-Level Apprentices, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency by assisting technicians in the field as needed and receiving hands-on training into an exciting industry. You won't be stuck in an office but enjoying a change of pace and a change of scenery every day. You will learn to diagnose and to repair heating and cooling systems and will help lead customers to informed decisions. You will assist in troubleshooting heating and cooling system malfunctions and save the day when they perform the correct repairs for customers.

You have an inquisitive mind and enjoy learning how things work! You strive to build your knowledge in the industry, so you are open to any continuing education and training opportunities that arise. You have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellency, and it shows. This position may be a new journey, but you are excited to learn and hone your skills as you work toward being a highly skilled technician in the HVAC industry.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN / ENTRY-LEVEL APPRENTICE

• EPA certification
• Can lift 50lbs
• Willing and able to work from heights and / or small crawl spaces
• Driver's license with a clean driving record
• No experience necessary!
