Summary:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid media campaigns for Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Dolphins, and Hard Rock Stadium. This includes channels such as paid social media, PPC, display, CTV, Digital OOH, and programmatic advertising to generate leads and drive revenue. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee strategy holistically in the paid media vertical, including but not limited to media mix, audience targeting, creative messaging, experimentation, call-to-action, landing page experience, result reporting, post-mortem analysis, and post-campaign nurturing through paid channels.
Location:
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various business units to understand key marketing events and roadmap, strategize campaign efforts to achieve business unit goals, and consult on best practices to achieve success.
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising, to drive leads and sales for internal business units..
- Manage, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns daily to ensure maximum performance and ROAS.
- Collaborate with other teams such as creative, social, video, and brand to ensure relevant copy and assets are used to drive clicks and conversions.
- Partner with media agencies that support a few of our investments in specific campaign flights or always-on strategies, briefing, managing, and supporting their teams to achieve the goals.
- Manage relationships with partner media platforms. developing win-win opportunities for both sides.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. Leverage insights from SEO to inform SEM optimizations.
- Analyze media performance, website traffic, and user behavior data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for optimizations.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and staying up to date on industry and technology trends (i.e. new tools, AI), incorporating it into your expertise and preparing the company for the future of media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of driving results.
- In-depth knowledge of paid social, PPC, display, and programmatic advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and CTV.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience serving as point of contact for multiple internal teams, vendors, tools, and ad platforms with ability to juggle priorities of senior-level stakeholders.
- Successfully works in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and rapid iteration are essential.
- Able to occasionally work flexible hours to support business needs tied to specific sport events.
