The Position:
Scarlet Oak Tavern is seeking a dynamic, experienced server/bartender. This hybrid role will work both floor and bar shifts, creating a memorable dining experience for our guests wherever they dine. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, knowledge of craft cocktails, wine and craft beer, as well as possess exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. If you are a customer-focused and reliable individual with a passion for great food, drink, and service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of hospitality work history, with at least 3 years bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
