Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions

Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets for successful execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

2+ years' experience in Operations Management, Program Management, or Project Management

Experience in solar energy or retail energy (preferred)

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent PMI certification (preferred)

Master's degree or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
