Teacher 2025-2026, Elementary MathScience Interventionist, HEMMENWAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelors degree or higher from a recognized accredited college or university;
• Valid Texas Certification forEC-6 or EC-4(Standard Provisional or One-Year certificates only;ACP candidates on a probationary certificate do not qualify);
• Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience as an elementary classroom teacher preferred;
• Strong experience with at-risk / small group reading intervention and instruction;
• Excellent classroom management.
• This position does not qualify for a lateral teacher transfer within CFISD during the school year.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT :

Probationary / Term Contract : 187 days

SALARY :

Pay Grade T60 (Teacher Classification) as approved by the Board of Trustees

Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing stooping bending pulling and pushing. Move small stacks of textbooks media equipment desks and other classroom equipment.
