PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Project Manager on the creative
strategy team, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of the
development and implementation of an assigned project. You will be
driving said projects end to end, from original concept through
final implementation by monitoring and driving performance by
implementing through project management best practices. WHAT OUR
PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST Leading the plans and management of
projects from concept through implementation. Managing day-to-day
project operations. Developing strategies to drive critical
decisions. Collaborating with other teams to improve projects. WHAT
YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience : 2-5
years of project management. Education : Bachelor’s degree in
related field or equivalent work experience Technical skills :
Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications.
Skills : Excellent critical thinking skills. Abilities : Ability to
read, write and speak English. Ability to prioritize and organize
effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments. Ability
to develop strong working relationships with peers and project
members. Ability to work independently with minimal instructions.
Ability to analyze and interpret data. Proven ability to perform
effectively in a fast-paced environment. Travel Ability : Office
Environment Schedule : Full time This position is eligible to work
in a hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote days
