Orthopedic Hand Surgery

Minutes from Chicago

Position Highlights :

  • Flexible 4-day workweek with a mix of clinic and OR time. No trauma, elective-focused hand surgery.
  • Join a well-established and collaborative orthopedic group with subspecialists in joints, elbow, and general orthopedics. Practice includes both hospital and ASC-based procedures
  • Shared 1 : 6 general orthopedic call rotation with collegial support; no hand trauma.
  • Strong support staff, including First Assist NP and APPs; private office space; access to modern facilities, EPIC EMR, and Mako robotic technology.
  • Ability to build a full hand practice quickly with immediate referral base.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Base salary with additional wRVU-based production incentives
  • Productivity bonuses with strong earning potential beyond base salary.
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Fellowship stipend available for qualified candidates.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plan.
  • Included in sign-on package.
  • CME allowance provided; protected time off for CME.
  • 5 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME; supportive and physician-friendly administration with flexibility to design your schedule.

    • Qualifications :

  • MD or DO required.
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Hand Surgery or equivalent orthopedic training with hand focus required.
  • Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
  • No visa sponsorship available.
