Key Responsibilities

Promptly answer incoming calls and provide high-level customer service

Transfer calls and dispatch assignments to appropriate personnel

Update and audit company databases to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required

Six months to one year of related customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of databases and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals

Physical ability to sit, use hands, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
