As a  Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you'll be a vital part of our compassionate team, working closely with our residents and helping them maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

What You’ll Do :

As a CNA in our retirement community, your role is to provide hands-on care to our residents and ensure they feel safe, valued, and supported throughout the day.

• Responsibilities

Assist elderly residents or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents with their daily activities, like getting dressed, bathing / showering, grooming, and eating.

Help residents take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation

Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents are comfortable and safe.

Plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises

Qualifications :

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. To succeed in this role, you’ll need :

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties

Available to work different shifts, including nights and / or weekends

Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
