Gastro Health is seeking  Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists  to join our private practice teams in  Acton, Chelmsford, and Framingham . Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure.

Our model offers  clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and long-term wealth-building potential  through private practice ownership - supported by the infrastructure of the nation's largest private GI group.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range :   $450,000 - $500,000  (based on experience and qualifications)

Additional compensation includes :

Signing bonus

Fellowship stipend (for current GI fellows)

Productivity incentives (wRVU model)

Transition bonus leading to partnership

Relocation assistance
