A company is looking for a Faculty Developer (Senior Special Program Coordinator) to support faculty professional development in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty
Provide personalized support, coaching, and feedback to instructors on teaching practices
Manage logistics for CTLI events and programs, including tracking attendance and assessing effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, pedagogy, or related field
At least three years of experience working with higher education faculty to improve teaching
Experience designing and delivering professional development programs for faculty
At least two years of experience teaching college-level courses
Demonstrated knowledge of educational technologies and digital accessibility standards
