A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage publisher and title rights across its content portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and update all contractual terms of publisher licensing contracts throughout their lifecycle
Analyze contractual term changes and their business impact
Conduct quality control audits and regular audits to ensure contractual compliance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience using an enterprise document management or records management system
1-2 years of experience with MS Office, including basic Excel functions and Access
Experience with a contract management system, such as DocuSign or Salesforce
Hands-on experience managing contracts from drafting to execution and renewals
Ability to identify contractual risks and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
