About the Role : The Principal Consultant will lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS solutions, specializing in modules like Labor Management and SCI Reporting . This role requires translating complex business needs into functional configurations, driving process improvements, and providing expert-level support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead configuration and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS modules (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, Labor Management ).
  • Translate business requirements into functional configurations and workflows.
  • Customize Radio Frequency (RF) workflows, user roles, labeling, and SCI Reporting tools.
  • Provide hypercare support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Manhattan Active WMS .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in real-time with warehouse operations.
  • Develop software solutions in an Agile environment, including requirements definition and functional specification.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation (Configuration Records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ).

Essential Skills :

  • 10+ years of experience with Manhattan WMS ( Active preferred).
  • Deep expertise in WMS Configuration and Implementation .
  • Proficiency in Labor Management and SCI Reporting .
  • Strong Troubleshooting and real-time support skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience with cross-functional projects and new site rollouts.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
