Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Prospect and generate leads through networking and digital outreach.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Present and demonstrate products/services tailored to client needs.
• Meet sales targets consistently.
• Track sales and service activities and report on performance metrics weekly.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness of our team within the community.
• Detail driven and accurate work to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work across multiple platforms and experience with using CRM tools.
