MUST-HAVES (Read First)
7+ years of full lifecycle global recruiting experience, preferably in corporate and technical roles
Proven success recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or highly technical positions
Experience managing internship and co-op programs and building relationships with universities
Strong knowledge of OFCCP and VEVRA guidelines
Skilled in data-driven recruiting, metrics, and analytics to improve processes and outcomes
Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Proficient in applicant tracking systems, candidate management, and behavioral interviewing
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Understanding of employment laws, corporate recruitment practices, and compliance standards
Position Overview
The Global Recruiter – Engineering/Manufacturing plays a critical role in shaping the company’s global talent strategy by managing full lifecycle recruitment for exempt-level positions across Canada, China, Mexico, and Italy, with a strong focus on engineering and technical roles. This role requires a proactive “hunter” mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience while driving global talent initiatives and supporting strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop flexible, data-driven hiring plans
Design and execute innovative talent pipelines, sourcing campaigns, referral programs, and events
Lead campus recruitment programs, including internships, co-ops, and university partnerships
Serve as a visible brand ambassador, leveraging social media and other channels to enhance employer brand
Continuously optimize job postings, staffing processes, and sourcing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, educational institutions, and global networks
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws
Support special projects within Talent Acquisition, including new systems or process implementations
Negotiate offers for management and corporate roles
Track and report recruiting metrics to measure success and improve strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with executive compensation, total rewards, and relocation packages
Understanding of immigration laws and practices
Executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership

Competitive salary: $100,000 – $120,000/year (based on skills and experience)
