Property Accountant Opportunity

Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently seeking a dynamic property accountant for a client in the Kansas City, MO area. This property accountant will be responsible for full cycle property accounting including standard month end processes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, trial balances, journal entries, rent calculations, etc. Some requirements include a degree in accounting along with rent manager software experience or a similar property management software. This client comes with a great location and great benefits. Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of property management account experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and general ledger functions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
