[job_card.job_description]Develop, implement, and manage scheduling standards, metrics, and reporting across all projects Audit current scheduling practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives Partner with project managers and leadership to align schedules with organizational goals Serve as the technical expert for scheduling software, tools, and processes Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams to ensure consistent scheduling performance 5+ years of scheduling experience (commercial construction strongly preferred) 3+ years of leadership or team management experience Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent platforms Strong analytical, process-driven, and problem-solving mindset Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred ? 100% Employer-Paid Healthcare Premiums ?
