Key Responsibilities
Architect and execute comprehensive enablement strategies for revenue-generating teams
Design and implement onboarding programs and resources to optimize sales and customer success processes
Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive enablement experience across multiple revenue functions
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing enablement programs
Proven track record in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments
Experience with customer onboarding and success enablement programs
Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and translate metrics into actionable insights
