As a Shift Leader, you will help oversee restaurant activities during your shift. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and upholding our high standards of quality and service. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented and enthusiastic team, learning valuable skills along the way and you will have many opportunities for advancement.

JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help oversee restaurant activities during your shift
• Assist with training as needed
• Help oversee safety practices during your shift and inform the manager of any safety concerns you observe during your shift.
• Complete assigned duties, such as guest check validation and timely drawer changes
• Complete all required training courses
• Embody and promote company values

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive standing during peak hours
• Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and cold
• Ability to work some irregular hours
• Bending, reaching, and walking
• Operating cash register
• Carrying trays of food products

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS

• Good communication skills
• Guest-oriented personality
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Good physical condition due to the nature of the job
• Knowledge of all job codes
• Compliance with health regulations regarding food handling
