A well-established and growing Public Accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its collaborative and high-performing team. This firm is known for delivering exceptional tax expertise and personalized client service, and offers a stable environment with long-term growth opportunities.
Due to continued expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for a Tax professional looking to step into a leadership role, make an impact, and grow alongside a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, review, and organize complex tax documents and filings
Manage tax compliance and provide strategic tax consulting to a diverse client base
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, fostering professional development
Participate in business development and client relationship management
Leverage firm technology to improve efficiency and enhance client service
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA required
5+ years of public accounting experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to and utilize modern accounting technology
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
