As a Program Manager - NE, you will be part of the project management department supporting large-scale IT initiatives and client onboarding processes. • Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within large IT projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Manage client onboarding activities while overseeing platform changes across infrastructure, print, and facility operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and address potential risks or delays.
• Curate and communicate project content internally and externally, including town halls and recorded interviews.
• Promote the value of change management by demonstrating potential outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
