Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing, nationwide, physician-led pelvic pain organization that is actively looking to expand into new markets. We are currently seeking candidates for a Director of New Market Development opportunity.
The Director of New Market Development is responsible for leading national expansion efforts by launching and scaling new clinics. From site selection to full operational ramp, the Director of Market Development will blend strategic planning, operating execution, and go-to-market leadership.
Position: Director of New Market Development
Director of New Market Development Duties: - Seamless coordination between real estate, operations, marketing, and clinical functions
- Strategic market planning coordinating financial models and P&Ls in parternship with Finance
- Oversee lease coordination, site selection, and corporate approvals
- Set up and deploy all marketing launch assets
- Collaborate with clinical operations, treatment planning, and intake to ensure full workflow readiness
Director of New Market Development Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree: Master's or MBA preferred
- -+ years of healthcare strategy, operatings, and multi-site expansion
- Proven track record in multi-market management.
- Experience in consulting, retail health, health systems, or PE backed healthcare services company
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial, growth-obsessed mindset
