We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team in a cleanroom environment, producing high-quality plastics. This role involves working with extrusion and injection molding presses to manufacture precision parts. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred , and candidates with experience using calipers and micrometers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Operate plastics extrusion and injection molding presses to manufacture microplates.
• Work in a cleanroom environment , ensuring compliance with all cleanliness and quality standards.
• Inspect and measure finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools .
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet strict biomedical industry specifications .
• Monitor and adjust machines for proper operation, troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of production data and quality checks.
• Follow all safety and cleanroom protocols to maintain product integrity.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Uphold high standards of quality control and identify defects in materials or finished products.
