Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine) - Grapevine, TX
Clinic hours: M-Th 07:30 to 4:30, Friday 07:30 - Noon.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct patient assessments including medical histories and physical examinations.
  
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan.
  
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
  
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
  
• Perform routine procedures such as suturing, splinting, and casting.
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
  
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care.
  
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education.
  

Requirements:
Must have at least two years of experience in Family Medicine.
Valid PA-C license in TX.
PA-C certification.
Start date is December 1, 2025
