Job Description : About the role

Our Software and Data Intern will support both our application development and business intelligence work. You will be part of a medium sized Agile Scrum team that builds supports and enhances the systems and data solutions that power our business. This role is a fit for someone who wants hands on experience across data reporting and software development.

This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days / week onsite at Home Office and 2 days / week from home.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay : $18.75

What you will do

• Use SQL / PLSQL in support of data analysis data modeling and application development tasks.
• Gain exposure to BI tools and platforms including Oracle Azure Databricks Spark and Power BI or Tableau.
• Learn application development fundamentals using Python React and modern cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP .
• Contribute to team projects daily Scrum activities and real business deliverables.
• Work with IT and business partners to understand requirements and help translate needs into working solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions troubleshooting and team ceremonies.
