Accounts Payable Clerk Location : Summerlin (On-site) Our client is a well-established private investment and management firm with a long history of stability and success. They oversee a diverse portfolio of assets and pride themselves on maintaining a professional, collaborative, and low-turnover environment. This is a confidential search for a detailed-oriented professional looking to join a close-knit team that values integrity and discretion. We are seeking a meticulous and trustworthy Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the outflow of funds for multiple entities. This role requires a high degree of discretion, as you will handle both business operational expenses and select personal financial matters. The ideal candidate is an organizational pro who understands the complexities of intercompany transactions and values confidentiality above all else.

salary : $45,000 - $55,000 per year

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable for multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate coding to the general ledger.
• Review, verify, and enter high volumes of vendor invoices, credit card statements, and expense reports.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH transfers, and wire transfers for approval.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining positive relationships.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor statements; assist with month-end closing processes.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.
