Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we’d like to talk. We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. If you have 3 years of experience in construction estimation, and excellent project and time management skills, please apply today. Compensation :

$500 hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets
  • Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
  • Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers
  • Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
  • Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is needed
  • Bachelors’ degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or related field is required
  • Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essential
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills are required
  • Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software
