Key Responsibilities
Monitor and document production quality, evaluating customer contact through various channels
Design quality monitoring formats and standards while providing coaching for team success
Present quality results and feedback to management to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance within a call center or production-oriented environment
Consistent track record of achieving 95%+ in Quality and Production scores
Proficient understanding of QA methodologies and quality monitoring practices
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Healthcare experience and bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
