Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a respected manufacturer specializing in high-performance RF and microwave components. This company supports a wide range of industries including aerospace, telecommunications, defense, and advanced technologies.

Position Overview

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, and related electronic components. You will work with fine tools and follow production specifications to ensure product integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly of small electronic components, including coaxial connectors and cable assemblies
• Operate specialized tools such as microscopes, manual presses, and precision hand tools
• Follow written production documentation and quality specifications
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in a time-sensitive production environment
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals
