Earn Up to $62.00 Per Hour based on Experience, and Secondary Languages

Flexible on-site scheduling in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale area), with service hours available in the later afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities:

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses

• Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.

• Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office.

• Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients

• Identifies resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs.

• Collaborates with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.

• Advocates for patient access to community resources

• Communicates treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Facilitates and offers individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support.

• Demonstrates professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional.

Candidate Requirements:

· Licensed: Have an active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License in the State of Florida.

· Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

· Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.

· Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.

· Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities, and to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs

· Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve OPTimal work life balance

· Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.

· Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
