Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between business, marketing, and technology teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies
Develop and implement B2C customer acquisition strategies across various channels to achieve growth targets
Manage operational processes to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to order completion
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2C channel management, marketing, or business development, preferably in Telecommunications, ISP, or SaaS
Understanding of APIs, CRMs (Salesforce), and web analytics (Google Analytics) to support sales funnel optimization
Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI) for data-driven decision making
Demonstrated project management skills, leading cross-functional meetings effectively
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a business audience and vice versa
