Stay informed of all post order revisions and updates from customers. Patrol the property or maintain a fixed post, promptly reporting suspicious activities, accidents, and criminal acts. Continuously monitor security cameras and equipment as specified in post orders. Understand and apply emergency policies, procedures, and regulations to respond effectively to incidents. Complete Daily Activity Reports, Log Books, and Incident Reports accurately. Provide management with recommendations for improved safety and loss prevention based on observations. Familiarize yourself with life safety systems, fire alarms, CCTV systems, and other necessary equipment to ensure their safe operation. Ensure compliance with training and guidelines set by AFS and relevant agencies. Communicate daily with the Security Supervisor regarding any security concerns or changes necessary. Exhibit honesty, alertness, and discipline as a custodian of employee and customer property. Demonstrate constant vigilance in securing the environment. Showcase strong customer service skills aligned with our mission. Manage multiple priorities effectively, with a hands-on, proactive approach. Facilitate positive changes and work collaboratively as a team player. Act with a sense of urgency in all tasks and responsibilities. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
