Technician

Job Title: TechnicianJob Overview

We are looking for a Technician to assemble and inspect Integrated Dewar and Cooler Assemblies (IDCAs). This role follows clear work instructions and focuses on quality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble IDCAs by following written process steps
• Inspect parts using basic measurement tools
• Record process data and equipment information
• Help identify and fix process issues
• Communicate findings with engineers
• Train and support other team members
• Follow cleanroom and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) procedures
• Prepare kits for new builds using inventory and ERP systems

Required Skills

• Experience with dewar assembly and wire bonding
• Experience working with electrical lab test equipment
• Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hex keys)
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Good communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
