ABOUT THIS ROLE

Program Management on the Creative team is a team of strategic creative leaders who work closely with marketers to plan and manage creative projects. In addition to managing creative projects, Program Managers forecast work, ensure it is strategically aligned with marketing goals, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts. Specifically within Program Management we are in need of a program manager with specific design expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help prioritize projects with the Design Director and Marketing Leadership based on impact, company objectives and resources

Influence and understand marketing creative plans for our brands

Proactively identify important problems for marketing and / or brand design plans

Take a broad perspective to problems and identifies creative solutions

Effectively lobby and win support for major brand program initiatives and creative innovation across our brand & design teams

Assist in planning resource needs with the Design Director, and coordinate resources across multiple projects

Partnerships :

Create strong partnerships with creative Designers and Marketing & Strategy partners within the Marketing organization

Understand cross-functional partnerships and form relationships with design, marketing and strategy partners

Create strong partnerships with Creative, production, product design teams and understand synergies between product and brand design

Create strong partnerships with Marketers and Product teams including Product Design and Product Management

Program Management :

Manage creative, branding and design projects to ensure successful delivery across multiple marketing and brand launches

Able to be the lead point of contact for agencies for large-scale branding and marketing work

Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions

Coordinate resources across multiple projects

Take a broad perspective to problems and identify strategic and creative solutions

Manage creative projects to ensure successful delivery of various marketing efforts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BA / BS degree or 10+ years experience working in a design agency, design studio, and / or creative agency

Experience working with Marketers, Design Agencies and Production companies

Cross-functional collaboration experience with design teams, marketers, strategists and product designers

Experience managing marketing projects, including the creative / design development and alignment with strategy

Experience in working on or overseeing brand architecture design systems across master and sub-brands, symbols, iconography, illustration systems, graphic systems, typography modules, photography modules, and data visualization

Experience in working on or overseeing campaigns that include live action, digital, and animation

Experience in setting priorities, strategic problem-solving and multitasking
