[job_card.job_description]Leverages data to identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and drive incremental value to American through the AAdvantage program Performs analyses using database software and tools which derive actionable insights and observations about customer behavior that inform strategic decisions about loyalty products and propositions Produces business cases and onboard others through effective and data-validated narratives Collaborates extensively with stakeholders in Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and third-party vendors to evaluate opportunities and implement strategic Evaluates and refines strategies over time to ensure continued relevancy and objective realization Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field; or equivalent experience / training 3 years related work experience Masters of Business Administration Previous loyalty marketing, CRM, insights, customer behavioral sciences experience Strategy experience in customer focused companies / industries Exceptional business acumen with firm grasp of marketing principles, economic concepts, and customer-focused mindset Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python, r, and Tableau knowledge preferred Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others across levels of the organization Travel Perks : Ready to explore the world?
