Enrollment Representative

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to assist potential students with their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact and respond to inquiries from potential students regarding enrollment and degree options

Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students

Monitor student progress and participation during the enrollment process and first class

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Prior experience in a student-facing role in higher education

Experience in a telemarketing sales role or customer service position with a sales component

Contact or call center experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
