Specific Accountabilities

? Aid guests in using our innovative ordering software.

? Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with established

recipes and customer preferences.

? Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive

experience.

? Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.

? Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed and disposing of waste responsibly.

? Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.

? Stay informed about current beverage trends and contribute to the development of new drink recipes.

? Answer questions about our F&B program, our game and how to self-order.

? Anticipate guest needs; always stay one step ahead.

? Work safely and monitor the cleanliness of your section.

? Gather feedback and recommend ideas for continuous improvements.

? Accommodate special requests and preferences whenever possible.

? Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

? Contribute to an environment that is warm, welcoming, and fun for guests and fellow employees.

? Execute standard operating procedures. Continually seeking improvements.

? Must be able to handle change well and adjust to new circumstances with a helpful attitude.

? Can manage several tasks and requests at once.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience as a bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and a diverse understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the service of alcohol.
• Highly motivated and very hands-on.
• English proficiency required. Additional languages are beneficial.

Working Conditions

This position involves standing for extended periods and may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
