As an Inside Sales Executive for Kemper Commercial Auto you would be responsible for conducting weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to increase production in quotes and written premium. The Inside Sales Executive is tasked with engaging a large number of agencies in an assigned State or territory with an objective to meet and exceed annual goals. They work alongside the field sales executive to identify sales opportunities, grow revenue profitably, produce results that meet defined objectives and sales quotas, and act as a brand ambassador to our agents and brokers. Clear and concise communication skills are critical to be successful in this position. Discipline and self-motivation are required to meet sales objectives and goals. This position offers the potential to earn an annual discretionary bonus, determined by your success in the role and company objectives being met.

This is a hybrid role that does require the candidate to work in a local Kemper Auto Office in accordance with the hybrid work model.
The range for this position is $53,200 to $88,600. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is also eligible for our Kemper benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
