Hey there! We've got an awesome opportunity for an Administrative Assistant looking to gain experience in the insurance industry. They're looking for someone collaborative, super detail-oriented, and really driven. You'll get to help keep customers happy, manage projects, support cool programs, and handle daily admin stuff. This company is all about helping you grow and succeed!

What we need from you :

Experienced - 2+ years of general office clerical and Administrative Assistant experience

Comprehensive Knowledge - You can read, write, proofread, and communicate efficiently and effectively

Software - You are proficient with proofreading, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and GoogleDrive : Sheets, Slides

Leadership - You are a natural leader who will collaborate and work as part of a team. Not afraid to speak in front of people and do PowerPoints.

The Position :

Provide the best customer service experience

Answer phone calls using the multi-line phone system and provide support

Scheduling and setting appointments

Various administrative tasks such as organizing, scanning, and printing documents

Collaborate with different departments

Assist with special projects, maintain a clean workspace, and excel at communication
