We are looking for a seasoned Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about the automotive industry, excels in customer service, and thrives in a team environment. If you're someone who can effectively communicate with customers, manage repair orders, and work closely with technicians to ensure an exceptional service experience we want to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Ford or domestic brand experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• CDK (or similar DMS) experience preferred

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
