Overview

LABUR is supporting a client in driving business process improvement and technology initiatives by embedding a Junior Business Analyst into a collaborative project team. This engagement offers an opportunity to contribute to high-impact solutions while gaining hands?on experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution development. Working closely with senior analysts and cross?functional stakeholders, the Junior Business Analyst will help ensure that business needs are translated into actionable outcomes aligned with organizational goals, while building a strong foundation for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support development of process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities.
• Work closely with cross?functional teams including IT, sales, and operations.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non?technical stakeholders.
